Last year while the October 7 genocide was averaging 200 deaths a day I was in Barcelona during the Americas Cup yachting event, when I sat down for my fish lunch in the shadow of an enormous yacht occupying the prime location in the harbor. While I reflected on the opulent scale of forty-year old Marks enormous wealth, I revisited my role in his success. I thought about how Mark built this fortune; stealing from others to enrich himself in the guise of offering a service, while selling private data protected by laws in a business regulated by regulators, to the highest bidder. Without regard for how that data might be used to commit more offenses.

A theft based on a lie. Not just small scale theft like breaking, entering and stealing, but grand theft larceny on a scale that makes Mark able to live like a King as one of the richest ten men in the history of the world.

Theft of user account data to supply malign agencies who pay for this data with the intention of visiting harm is a lucrative business for Mark.

Between the month before October 7, 2023, and today, Mark’s wealth has approximately doubled by more than a hundred billion dollars to some quarter of a trillion in net worth.

Currently perpetual defendant Mark is in a long running court action for stealing copyrighted material to train META’S AI language model, LLaMA. The lawsuits focus on Mark’s AI being trained using books obtained by bit torrent piracy from archive book sites like LibGen and Books3. Even as they were torrent downloading gigs of data using Facebook accounts, Meta employees exchanged emails indicating they knew what they were doing was data theft, downloading entire "shadow libraries" for the purpose of training Marks AI. Mark personally directed the use of the LibGen dataset, inviting a key role in the debate on whether training AI on copyright material is copyright theft.

In the first round of legal claim by the copyright holders against Mark Meta won a contentious ruling in which, Mark proved in court that torrenting entire libraries of copyright books to exploit for commercial benefit is legal.

This though is a small aspect of Marks legal background.

Marks theft model of stealing data from other archives as well as from Facebook users made headlines in 2018. Mark was found to be selling user accounts private information in breach of a multitude of laws against this form of theft.

The trial in 2018 led to Facebook having to pay a $5.1 billion penalty to settle FTC charges. Mark selling META user data also faced significant fines in Europe, eventually, in 2022, reaching a $725 million privacy settlement with users.

“Over the last three years we revamped our approach to privacy and implemented a comprehensive privacy program,” said spokesperson Dina El-Kassaby Luce. “We look forward to continuing to build services people love and trust with privacy at the forefront.”

Mark apologized for a “major breach of trust,” admitted mistakes and outlined steps to protect user data in light of the privacy scandal after Mark sold Facebook user data to Cambrige Analytica, a Trump-connected data-mining firm who used this data to benefit Trumps 2016 campaign.

“I am really sorry that happened,” Mark said of the scandal involving the user account data he sold at enormous, fortune building benefit.

“Facebook has a responsibility to protect its users’ data. If it fails, we don’t deserve to have the opportunity to serve people.”

Gosh Mark. Facebook is in the business of “serving people”. How so. Shareholders of Meta sued Mark, Substack investor, META Board member, billionaire Marc Andreessen, and other former company officials including former Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg to reimburse Meta for the FTC fine and other legal costs in a claim totaling more than $8 billion, in hopes of holding them liable for fines and legal costs the company paid in recent years.

On July 17, day two of the trial in Wilmington, Shareholders of Meta agreed to settle an $8 billion lawsuit after accusing Mark and other company leaders of financial breaches for failing to protect users’ personal data ahead of the Cambridge Analytica scandal in 2018.

A lawyer representing Meta shareholders told the presiding judge that the parties in the case had reached a settlement. No further comment followed. Quite probably the defendants paid in full to avoid more of their criminality being aired in press.

What has Mark done with my account data.

I provided my user data in good faith to start a Facebook account. Over the 15 years since, I have posted a minimum 1 gig of data including copyright articles containing hundreds of thousands of words subject to copyright, hundreds of videos I have taken from iconic locations around the world, hundreds of songs I have written that are subject to copyright, and thousands of photos, many of which are sold commercially under licence and remain subject to copyright.

At no time have I agreed to allow my content to be used for training Marks AI. Not for the text AI. Not for the video AI. Not for the Photo AI and not for the Music AI.

At no time have I agreed to allow Mark to sell my account user data.

At no time was I censored from publishing on Facebook, although I habitually used key words like Baby murder, genocide Joe, Killer kamala, Zionist terrorism, 2,000-pound bombs, mass baby murder, and even detailed the story of the premature babies in incubators who were murdered by the Zionists supported by Zionist kingpin Joe Biden in Al-Shifa hospital in November of 2023, in the same week when that happened.

At no time was I censored after posting man y thousands of factually verified accurate posts detailing Zionist genocide atrocity, within the lines of my specialist interest that is child welfare.

My profile identifier was “Advocate for Children’s Welfare.”

My account was seized by Mark on Sunday July 13th. I was blocked from any access to my account. The reason given was ‘Your account does not follow Community Standards.”

I thought this was a strange and unusual decision. Generally advocating for baby’s and children under attack by child molesting baby murderers would be a normal community standard to be applauded and encouraged. But not in Marks case.

My ‘Appeal’ was unsuccessful. Turned out Mark finds speaking up for baby’s being murdered against his community standards.

For good measure, Mark allowed himself 177 days before he will delete my account. In which time he can do whatever he wants with my data, that he now holds hostage without allowing me the legal right to reclaim my data. “177 days from now your account will be deleted”. Is all he wrote. Why not 165 days or 188 days I wondered. What psychop nonsense is 177 days to deletion.

Before I could file my appeal Mark asked for a picture of my face. For security. To be sure that it was me. Now Mark has a current picture. Will Mark sell that photograph to Israels network of Facial recognition.

I wonder how much Mark earned for my account user details.

Why did Mark seize my account

Mark’s team seized my account minutes after I posted a piece called Do Pedos Make better Baby Murderers. A thoughtful, detailed, factually researched article explaining why the percentage of pedos in the US and Israeli Zionist Occupation actively murdering baby’s is way higher than the average of baby murderers who are not also pedos.

I provided a relevant, valuable insight into the pathology of Child sex offenders that was at the same time especially topical in a week when President Trump confirmed the Zionist pedo Jeffrey Epstein had no client list and he is DEFINITELY NOT on any such list of pedos who were friendly with Epstein, who by coincidence is also known for selling his user account data to the Zionist entity.

First, Mark has seen his wealth double since October 7, 2023. Before the genocide began Marks wealth was estimated at $128 Billion.

In 2023 Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg’s wealth jumped from $45.6 billion to $128 billion. Say Fortune magazine. Quite a jump around the same time the October 7 genocide began.

Since October 7, 2023, Marks wealth has almost doubled to almost $250 billion. Enormous proceeds from being Zionist in a time of Zionist genocide where Marks own wiki page leads with;
