Newton's Third Law law of Action-Reaction couldn’t be more obvious by common sense. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
There are many less scientific variations of this principle. Live by the sword, die by the sword. The Biblical Hebrew account is, an eye for an eye.
Justice follows the same principle. Do something wrong. Justice will assure an equal and opposite reaction. Steal and you will be stolen from. Kill and you will be killed. Lie and you will be lied to. Kill babies and your babies will be killed. Starve people and your people will be starved.

Knowing this, if you were a mass baby murderer looking to lead a tribe of baby murderers interested in monetizing baby murder you would have to consider Newton’s third law in conjunction with International law.
